Can you imagine how emotional it would be if your horse was riddled with arrows while carrying you to safety before dying?
So people would feel bad if their horse died, huh?
Interesting.
Excellent.
This saves me the trouble of emailing you this post at work tomorrow!

And that's the point of using frostbite, the design ha nothing to do with it.
I'm pretty pissed off that "listening" to the fans it means deleting every good change made in DA2 for pampering a bunch of morons in internet.

If we had the same one from the beginning of the game, sure.

I wonder how the horses will work. Oblivion tried that a few years ago and IMO it wasn't a resounding success because of control issues. It#s really nice to see it attempted again, though. I hope it will work better in DAI.
Maybe like Skryim's horses? They were a little stiff, but got the job done...
Honestly, I've yet to play a game other then Red Dead that really got mount mechanics pretty perfect, but I'm excited to see how the DA team handles it.

And if we get to name our individual horse (in the same way we did our mabari). Personalization is the key to emotional investment.
That said... plz no kill my horsee!!!

Its definitely gonna be slower than DA2's though, which is a good thing.
Faster than DAO, slower than DA2. Happy balance.
