Yes, with the exception of Varric, all others characters on the image were also on that survey. Including Cassandra and Cullen
I posted this on the last page:

So we have three companions confirmed with this info now, correct?  Honestly, I'd prefer not to know more than maybe two more prior to the games release, since I like to be surprised when I play at who winds up joining me.  Once more start being revealed, I think I'll have to stop reading DAI news.  Which I'm not ready to do yet.  I'm not ready, BioWare!

Thing is.... I don't think that's all our companions. For one, Cole was also on the survey (could be him in the way back, idk)

Depending on the point in the game this is depicting, we might not have them all yet. But here's the general trend i see in the dragon age games:
