Nice to see many of the things people really wanted in the game. I am personally very excited about the castle/keep and being the leader (and not following a leader) in choices. This to me almost makes me think the devs read the article in pc gamer about "How rpg don't know how to represent great battles" along with my post sometime ago about "Having your own stronghold has many benefits" . hmm you surprised me devs, my hat off to you. Well played, we shall see how this turns out, actually interested in buying this now way more then before.

ps. btw bioware, I have to say I love the twist and turns in the DA universe, I have a feeling what we are going to run into this time around and why the rip happened. I won't speculated or talk about it here, it will be one of those in game " I KNEW IT!" moments I enjoy so much , the story along with all these changes/additions are indeed a welcome sight.

Totally agree. I'll fly overthere and then we'll hook up and go on an *ahem* 'excursion'  to Bioware central. Oh oh! Let's make it interesting and see who can kiss the most first before being manhandled by the inevitable security guards

If we go easy on Gaider and only peck him on the cheek and bribe him with drinks, I don't think he'll rat us out

By the way, will the article have any pictures of what the elves will look like? Will they be more human again or will they be more goat-like, yet distinctive from other fantasy elves?

We've already seen them. There are images of humans, elves, and dwarves, which we'll all get to play as.

The elves look somewhere between DAO's elves and DA2's. In other words, they look great.

And the fact that there are people asking for Bioware to model my face and hair.

And the suggestion of a mod for DA: I to do just that.

There are no Inquisition elf pictures in this thread.

I guess I'll have to wait since the digital article won't be released for a few days yet and the physical magazine won't be shipped out until the 13th.

Why such secrecy with the elf design?

No such secrecy. Its just that the images came from Gameinformer, and it wouldn't be right to have the images posted here unless GI is cool with it, since everyone getting to see that stuff here would defeat the point of it being in GI mag.

Bioware's got a good relationship with them, so it'd be in poor taste.
