First Choice: Playing with good friends - whatever kit combination it will always be a worthwhile and fun game.
Apart from that: Kits who complement others. The Infiltratior who does those "wonderful" Jade devices and revives you without setting off revive chains. The Vanguard who detonates your primings, The Sniper who headshots the phantom sneaking up to you. 3 Shadows striking a boss at the same time for an instakill. Biotic/Tech boomsquads and much more

Juggernauts and Volus are generally always great to have around, but getting some kind of synergy going is the most amazing thing ever. If I'm playing a vanguard I always hope for a Justicar or DA to be around, but that rarely happens. I also like others playing vanguards (though I'm facepalming a little if they're not hosting) and I try to look out for them especially when I'm sniping.

Asari Adept or Vanguard. I love stasis, I just find it really annoying to use myself.
volus adept, then you get stasis and shield boost!
Should be true in theory, but as I don't think I've ever run into one my reaction remains untested; and I will make no assumptions about being pleased to see a Volus.

Volus, and I mean a well played one. If a Volus is Shield Boosting me during any non-objective waves, or doing anything that looks like he's trying to be a "support" role, then he's not doing it right. A well played Volus who murders things, and helps out with Shield Boost/cloak during objectives is a godsend.

Quarian (male) Engineer (I was playing the Batarian Soldier). Area Tac scan+Arc Grenades+Inferno Grenades+Ballistic Blades+Incinerate+Falcon Punch. Poor Collectors, how the mighty have fallen.

It's always a good time when I run into a fellow Armiger Turian.

Juggys are my Justicar's best friend. Bubbly Juggys. XD
(biotic sphere on a Juggy is a good way to catch all the flies.)

@lightswitch:
I like to refer to them as "Them Armiger boys" like the Dukes of Hazzard. I play the Havoc, my friend plays the Sabotuer. Sometimes we'll get a Ghost, too. The only bad part is: We tend to get a little biased against who ever isn't a Turian. Even other Turians; "The flightless ones" as I call 'em llooll.
@AlphaMaeko:
I refer to that [Juggernaut warp bubble combo] as my "Biotic lightning rod". On the positive side for the Juggernaut: The bubble offers a bit of damage reduction and a three enemy debuff. Also allows us to CC the mob at its' knees. A symbiotic relationship/win-win.

to play
-Drell infiltrator (just because the very first time I saw the drell I thought why DON'T they have an infiltrator. Plus drell is drell and that automatically makes me love him)
-Geth engineer. Because I both had to wait until I had unlocked all the other characters in Earth to get him, and I just love him!
... I named my turret wheatly. And sometimes I think he makes a better teammate than the pugs
Honorable mention: The Fury- I love this girl, but sometimes how much she dies just infuriates me too much for her to be a favorite.
to play alongside
-Juggernaut, while I don't like to play him too much because I have a very fast paced and agressive playstyle and the Jugg is anything but fast. It's always a good sight to see the Juggernaut, very fun to just see the mob of banshees and brutes on him and just go in and obliterate while they pay no attention to you. Hell, half the time "where are the enemies?" is an invalid question because the answer is alway "with the Juggernaut"
-Krogans: Not really because of any gameplay asset (people play krogan good and bad) but just because. Headbutt. Well, that and seeing troopers fly past me on the screen like they were jsut hit with lash is fun.

I like it when a Justicar with Bubble is present.
Also, a KroGuard is kind of a life insurance. However bad the trouble you're in, he can charge in and revive.

Biotics are my preferred class, so I enjoy playing with fellow biotics.
But if I had to pick out a single kit; I love playing with Paladins in particular, just because I enjoy the sound of cryo explosions (AIU doesn't do it for me, sorry).
If I encounter turian ghosts, I feel safe and comfortable.
If I meet a Puggernaut with a small shield, I die and go to heaven!

@Tokenusername:
But...? Dang it. *walks away with Woddy action figure*
@AustereLemur77:
I definitely feel the Paladin is one of the most "refreshing" classes in the game. Cryo explosions sound reminds of someone pouring a drink.

I enjoy when people play adepts. Because apparently tech explosions are all the rage right now and it's hard to find a biotic squad.

When I'm sniping, I love those N7 slayers that stand next to me spamming biotic slash! At least those baddies can't get close to me without being staggered!
Jk, screw those guys.
Anyone who can walk into a crowd, not die, and keep attention away from me is nice.

Male Quarian infiltrator. Full weapon bonuses, cloak sniper boost, Tactical scan weapon boost, Sniper V base equipment, sniper boost 3 and Black Widow + Phasic round 3. Walk around 1 or 2 shoting pretty much everything that moves excluding boss types and brutes. It is enough to strip 3 bars of health on a Banshee and one shot phantoms.
