i'm not offended by anything, but you clearly are offended by outlandish, purposefully vitriolic humour, to the point of telling someone they have no right to speak.
I don't know where you're from, but calling some to "**** off you ****, calling his speech egregious, then tell him to have have intercourse with someone only to die by suffocation of another one's balls" is not considered humorous where I live.
And unless it somehow slipped your mind, the internet can not convey intonation. You write what you write and that's what people get to see. If you mean to be "outlandish, purposefully vitriolic humorous", you have to designate it as such in a manner that can be understood. You didn't.
And no, I am not offended, I am simply abiding by the rules as are set by the website's ToS regarding appropriate posting behaviour. Something you might want to look up again.
And lastly, I did not say you have no right to speak. I said you have no right to speak in a public forum. A public forum that can and will be viewed and read by other people that may not know about whatever vitriolic relationships and sprouting inside joke you might or might not have with someone. All those people will see is a disrespectful jerkass insulting someone else for no reason.

Really? I always talk like that to my closest friends and they talk like that to me as well. Wouldn't say things like that to a stranger though.
So think of it in a more positive way, if Biggs writes something like that then that must mean that he indeed likes you and wants to be your friend

Oh, I am sure that if he was being humorous, he would talk like that in real life. Because in real life, non-literal communication like facial signs, gestures, intonation, etc. can all serve to convey context. Internet however can't. That is the problem.
But we digress. I do not wish to destroy this topic by escalating this nuisance into a flame war. Sorry Stardusk.
