is it the gaming magazined ALL of which are now saying in their reviews that no there is no such thing but we only get a dropship (the kodiak)?
8 days to go devs, is the Hammerhead going to be to Mass Effect 2 what the interrupt system was in Mass Effect1?

perhaps
and yet the devs hinted not even a month ago about the fact the Hammerhead was still in...indeed 2 months ago in an interview they flat out discussed about "the new Mako's improved controls"

I haven't read any reviews, but I'm gonna go ahead and insinuate that the reviewers only played around 10-20% of the game before writing the reviews. Maybe they didn't run into a section that required the Mako.

Seeing as they may have been optional and many reviewers rushed to get there review out on time, yeah maybe.

Oh, I hope so. Finding empty camp sites and shady looking cows were fun but i'd rather have a dropship just set me down right there.

Perhaps driving sections are handled like the first parts of Therum or Virmire. I wouldn't be surprised if reviewers talked about this as "no driving sections like ME1."

If several reviewers all agree that it's not in the game, I'd be inclined to believe them.
Or since this is a massive RPG that takes well over 30 hours to complete, the reviewers didn't have the time to explore enough to find any parts that used the Mako. Reviewers have a schedule and they can only spend so much time within the games they're reviewing before the deadline, and they still have to write an article (which takes quite some time).

They never said there was NO pilotable vehicle, they merely said that the Kodiak exists. It has been said many times before that things are held back for different reasons.(Marketing, Stock Rates, Not as good a reveal as they'd like) The fact that you know of it from playtime at all should be proof enough that it exists, if you don't consider it enough then leave. You will find out more about it this week.
Until then ponder this, Doesn't this look a alot like the Mako???
again, more than one review flat out said "there is no driveable vehicle" go to the "reviews" thread for the snippets ...just saying

Many DEVELOPERS have said many times that they worked on the controls of the vehicle due o complaints about the Mako in the first game.
Developers>Reviewers who have to follow their NDA's

The Hammerhead can still be DLC. This is the week in which Bioware consistently promised that they'd be able to talk about both the vehicle and DLC. Perhaps they are one and the same.

Really, because as far as I know we only have the OXM review scans to go by, so let's follow old internet rule. Pics or it didn't happen. If you can't provide proof of some sort then you are WRONG.crimzontearz wrote...

And it had it own hangar in the friggin Normandy! Labeled Hammerhead! They would cut a vehicle and completely remove an entire section from the game thats just foolish. There is a Hammerhead. It's most likely one of the things the devs arent supposed to talk about unless they get the go ahead from PR. Sometimes they have to withhold things for certain reasons higher up.

Agreed. The inclusion of the vehicle will allow Bioware to sell us a bunch of larger "mission world" style of DLC. As far as I've read from the reviews, the side mission worlds in ME2 are fairly short, and more like boring old cave complexes or city blocks than the awesome (if barren and empty) planetary vistas of ME1.

Again, Devs>Reviewers who have to follow NDA's/have limited time to play the game. They said they'll go into vehicleS this week, if you won't trust the devs then you're beyond help Mystranna. We've got several developer sources going into this.Mystranna Kelteel wrote...
