[cap and gown]

Decided to equip my soldier with amplifier plates to boost her ammo power. My question is: does the 5% power boost mean, say, disruptor ammo now does 42% of base weapon damage, or 45%? Not that it is that big a deal, but I did want to know.

Power damage armor does not affect ammo power damage/does not increase the damage enough to be noticeable. There was a thread about it here. There is a bunch of math, some links to a damage formula, and a couple of videos.
