Male elven mage, hopefully dalish and second female dwarven rogue. My first two Origin playthroughs were male dalish rogue and female dwarf commoner warrior. But of course eventually all of them, multiple playtroughs rules :)

A human for my first playthrough, though I probably won't make a class decision until we have specific information about what's new for each class. If they make it similar to Origins a warrior or DW rogue. If closer to DA2 probably a mage or DW rogue again.

I will play all three classes, and every race at least once.

Human mage (not sure of gender yet-will play the opposite the second go round). I will do my second play through as a human rogue.

From what the article says, the warrior will have a chain to be able to pull targets to it.  I'm assuming that his is just for human sized targets since closing in on the bigger targets was never an issue for melee classes.

Male Human Mage if they have arcane warrior / DA2 flashy moves once again.
or
Male Human Warrior if they stick to the boring staff-robe-backline archetype.

My second playthrough (the "paragon" one) will be a dwarf with the biggest beard, yet to decide the class.

Note that they just said 3 races.  Not 6 origins like DA:O has.  That probably limits it to City Elves, Surface Dwarves, and Humans from the same city/country so they can use as few voices as possible.

If they don't have origins, then I hope the default elf is city elves. Dalish elves bore me to death. Do City Elves and Dalish Elves have different accent though? It's been a long time since I play the game, so I don't really remember.

Already played Mage in DAO and Warrior in DA2.

I prefer city elves, but I want to play Dalish for my first run for personal narrative purposes.  Anyhoo, all elves had the same American accents in DA:O, but in DA2 the Dalish had Irish/Welsh accents.  Too soon to say what their accents will be in DA:I.  I'm hoping that the story setup will allow for a somewhat blank slate character so we can fill-in the background ourselves.

All races, all classes, many many playthroughs like DA:O. I will start with an elf mage though like with DA:O and DA2(mage though human because I had to be :/ )

Mage of some sort. I'll figure out gender and race once we know who the followers are and what their preferences are.

Human Male Mage, as with the previous games and every Fantasy Epic.

Might seem so cliche/boring to some, but I've alway played a Mage (I find I rely more on my mind and spirit in life than brute force or speed) as it's easier to live vicariously through and sympathize with that class as well as that gender and race (for obvious reasons).

I just don't find any appeal in not being human. I like the species I was born into, thank you very much. If I can remain so even in a fictional setting? Bonus.

I am so torn right now. I couldn't figure out what I wanted the inquisitor to be when I thought we could only be humans. Now there's all these options. It's maddening! But also wonderful.

My primary options right now would include: Male Qunari greatsword warrior (If qunari are playable), Male Dwarf sword+shield warrior, Female Elf dual daggers rogue, or Female Elf blood mage.

I know that I probably won't play a Male Elf, just because I don't think I could make another male elf as cool as my Warden. And I don't want to play a human now that Bioware's generously granted us the option not to.

It really can't be said enough, but if a Bioware dev/writer happens to read this: Thank you for the choice in this matter. It's great to be able to have discussions like the one in this thread.

Don't know yet. Generally, I've started as a human Warrior, but I might change once we hear more about the classes.

It would depend. If the rouge is anything like it's DA2 counterpart, a female elf rouge.
(But of course that's just for the first play through all options shall be consumed eventually!)
