Just give them an appropriate angelic glow, and it's good.
So basically the aliens from Cocoon?

Just because they can adapt to Rannoch doesn't mean they won't need suits for any other planet.
This totally.
Life in space enchanced the severity of the weakness of quarian immune systems, but they were weak even before being chased off of Rannoch. Heck, they might even still need suits on Rannoch if they don't have strict and well enforced decontamination procedures for anything coming from not Rannoch that lands on the planet. And really, how do you police the atmosphere of an entire planet? Someone's going to land and give quarians all sorts of fun new bugs to deal with.
Even if none of that is an issue, the cultural aspect is important to consider. I'm sure some people will jump at the chance to shed their suits and show off their faces, but after generations of not doing so, surely there will be some portion of the population that just isn't comfortable with the idea. Remember that ancestor worship has held and continues to hold a place in Quarian society as well, they may tend to be tradition oriented.

The argument of extinction is irrelevant, just like the Quarians, the Krogan, Rachni, Elcor, Drell, Hanar and Geth can all go extinct. Hell, if Wreav leads the cured Krogan, perhaps a few more will go extinct.
Also, it's unlikely, that every Quarian in the galaxy was potentially killed by the Geth, BW can always pull the sole survivor explanation.

Bioware! Make this canon please. Purple humans with glowing eyes are lame and boring as all hell.
Just shut up, the face is canon and it was long clear what Quarians looked like before ME3.

Ah but the codex has already called quarians the species most physically similar to humans. And since the asari are already pretty darn close to looking human, and we know that quarians have three fingers, funky ears, funky legs and funky feet... we're running out of places for them to be similar, haha. Face and hair seem like the pretty much have to be similar.

I will not rest until Bioware makes the Quarians look like actual aliens.
And if Bioware does not take action, I will side with the Geth on my next playthrough of 3.

Oh, those Quarians.
Indeed.
They need to demolish that Krogan statue on the Citadel and replace it with a Geth.

I am. I can have fun too. What really shows maturity is the fact that you get so upset over a joke. You really can't seem to take one at all.
Not everybody holds the Quarians in reverance like you, you know.

I said humans man. Shepard. On a Motorcycle. Doing a wheelie. With a Lightsaber in one hand, and a machine gun in the other.
Or have him riding a T-Rex.

Yeah I don't get how a few people, don't seem to understand the awesomeness that is the Quarians. I'm not upset really, I'm rather dissapointed, that you act in such a juvenile way.MassivelyEffective0730 wrote...

They're not awesome. Simple as that. Rather annoying, and they have a philosphy that directly contradicts my vision of the galaxy. I'm not going to go out of my way to kill them, but if they die, the galaxy isn't a lesser place without them. Time and again they've put themselves into their own situation. They're reaping the seeds they planted. If they die, I don't think they'll be missed.Necanor wrote...

Let's not resort to namecalling just because we disagree now. I'm juvenile because I have a sense of humor and disagree with you. That's totally legitimate.

Um, no it wasn't? the ME1 entry has no discription of the appearance, save for some speculation that they have some heavy cybernetics going on. If you're going of the Biology entry they have on the wiki, that's not straight from the game codex, but a mishmash of discriptions found in the books and now that photoshop job.Necanor wrote...

Seriously how would their appearance be a mystery for this long if we had a codex entry?

When humanity finally achieves our hard-earned galactic hegemony I think we can spare just one statue for those who helped purge the galaxy of the odious Quarianity.

I would rather have a statue of Shepard in full armor standing on top of a pile of Collectors, Banshees, Marauders, Adjutants, Husks, etc. while holding
Because statues of soldiers in their dress uniforms in a benevolent pose with "Per aspera ad astra" written on the base of the statue are boring anyway.

Early concept art had them looking rather strange.

Of course that was long before Tali sweat posts and hordes of fanboys wanting to make sweet sweet love to their walking nerdbait.

Yeah, let's not talk about philosophy, because quite frankly your philosophy rather disturbs me. You were acting juvenile, because instead of a legitimate argument, you just altered the opposing sides statement for giggles.
And on the early concept art: Except for a select few, the vast majority of the Quarian fanbase is happy this wasn't turned into the Quarians' official look in ME1 and 2.
