so bioware have said you can make the armour in the game have differnt colours and patterns, so does anyone know about guns, i meen i know you can upgrade them, but it would be nice to have black guns to go with black armour (im going for a ninja shepard)

Well there has to be some way to change the color of weapons because in the Soldier class vid there is a white version of the Revenant Machine Gun and then another that is Red.
So perhaps they change color with upgrades

Essentially the only true confirmation is customisation in terms of research and upgrades. The colours could change as you install new upgrades. Or you may (and most likely I think) have the option as well to choose the colours for your weapons to match your Shepard's custom armours.

There are 19 gun types so visual customization for them isn't necessary.
