Hey!
My party consists of Mage Hawke (Pure support and Healer, no offensive abilites),
Varric (ranged DPS and cunning for chests),
Merill (normal primal DPS build).
And then Isabella, who just simply sucks with my current build (which is dual weild)
The problem is that I have nobody to Aggro, because if Isabella gets targeted she dies instantly? I was thinkning of making her like pure cunning or a 2:1 ratio of cun/dex, so that Varric can focus purely on Dex, but I'd like Isabella to be more than just a chest opener...
I'm playing with this party for role-playing purposes, so I'm not changing it.
All characteres are level 8 at the moment.

Do you expand on Merrill's blood mage skills? With high con and the right skills, she can take a lot of damage, if Isabela and Varric direct the threat to her. From what I've heard, spirit healer Hawke can be quite durable himself. Though both likely takes time. But if you get either of them to be a good tank, you may not not Isabela to fit that role.
If you do everything you can for Isabela's critical chance (items, skills), cunning is quite good for her damage, so she wouldn't be just a chest opener. She would be a chest opener. As in the body part... I'll just shut up now.
