no Kalas, they have two full team, one is working on ME4 and other is on DAI although it's already getting two more years of development work on DAI.

Most were assigned a new IP, while the core (Casey, Mac, etc) went to work with the Montreal team. In what capacity we are not privy to.

And I doubt 2014 is the release date. Unless they begin marketing relatively soon. That does not allot much time to promote the game and coincides with DA:I's release, which is not advised. You want to hype one game exclusively. And unlike prior ME or DA games, the new Mass Effect will have entire new cast, characters and even a new engine. That necessitates far more work than the transition from ME2 to ME3, which itself was rushed.

I don't expect it to be released earlier than March 2015.
Even though I'd like to play the game like yesterday already, it's for the best they actually take their time for once to come up with something good.
That is by saying even though in my opinion ME3 was overally the best of the trilogy, although I have to agree there are some minor issues (aside from the infamous ending) which could have been improved with more development time.
