Linking EA and BioWare accounts is now accomplished via social.bioware.com.
Simply log in using your BioWare forums username and password and you
will be prompted for the details needed to create/use a linked EA
account.

The only problem is that it didn't work. I think it's because I have the same name on both accounts, how can I get around this? I already have several registered games on my BioWare account, so I find this rather dissapointing.

Oh no, I found my problem. My EA account was with a different email address, and I now have registered two accounts on EA. Unfortunately, I registered my Cerberus Key with the wrong account...

Welcome to the club, as all this crap with linking the profiles to get the things you got promised when buying the game is pretty confusing at times.

End of story is that i also got my cerberus code on a different account as it wouldnt take my already existing Bioware account data so i got my MassEffect2 stuff on that and my Blood Dragon armor on the bioware account... just great and it annoys me extremely.

Any chance to get the profiles merged or the armor into my other account?

I am having the same problem as admiraljonb, with not being able to get my inferno armor or collectors stuff. If anyone finds a way to merge accounts or fix this in a way pm me or something. Why cant it just be a code that you redeem on the xbox like every other code?

You can ask them to delete one of your accounts and make the other the Main EA account. I did and it works for me. I don't know what will happen to your 'Cerebrus key' though.

I accidently made two accounts. One being the cerberus network when I got Mass Effect 2 and the other is when I tried getting the free items from Dr. Pepper. Is there a way I can link those to one account?

EA support can transfer entitlements between accounts.

"Entitlements" so far only means DLC, which includes the Cerberus registration.

When you get through on chat or phone (not e-mail), say that you have two accounts and would like the DLC of one account moved to the other.

I am having the same problem I have 2 accounts one has my PSN gamer tag and the other has my XBox live gamer tag and the one with my PSN tag has the Terminus Armor pack for the XBox and PC on it. Can EA fix this cause I was told on a live chat that they could not.

Please don't resurrect 2 year old threads.

Please see http://social.biowar...ge/account-help.  It has relevant information and options for merging accounts.  You do need to contact EA Customer Support to merge multiple accounts.  If you are still having problems please start a new thread or PM me.
