 How come people think that he's Stroud?

The two looks different. Shroud looks like an 80s' retired porn star. The concept image of Cullen is not that old when compared to his Dragon Age 2 counterpart. I doubt Shroud would age that much in the interval between the 2 games. I think it's a new character.

Assuming that we get a Grey Warden companion at all, I'd kinda like it to be a brand new one. We already have Cassandra, Varric, and possibly Cullen returning.

I think it's that swanky circley thingy on the chest belt thingy. Gah, I fail at words today. But while I usually hate ALL facial hair, he looks like the sort of person who'd have an empty face without it. I also like his Touch Of Grey there.

Whether the Grey Warden companion is a familiar face or not. I do hope that we see more Grey Wardens than we saw in DA2 and hopefully more familiar faces. I wouldn't mind the choice to join up with them either (and not forced as part of the storyline either).

As long as my character can romance him, and have him stand by her side through terrible events, only to have him succumb to the Calling at the end of the game. Leaving my character weeping broken shell of what she was when he was by her side... then I'm happy.

I hope he is a bit of a higher up and that maybe you'd get some info from him about the Hero of Ferelden. Especially if you made demon baby sex with Morrigan. I'd love to know what the Wardens think of HoF being alive after stabby mcstabbing Archie.

And if he does have the touch og grey going for him then thats terrific. I never noticed it before but everyone in Thedas is either old as balls or like 30 years old.

I would want them to be a recruit from Vigil's Keep. They would have amusing banter about our DAA companions...hell they should be the recruit that Oghren drank under the table and said they would rather reattempt the joining than lift another glass.
