I'm avoided by 17% now. I really want to find those people, ply them with cookies and find out why they no want to play with me.

Except one guy. Him, I told off in no uncertain terms after a really obnoxious game. No cookies for him.

Never posted on this forum, but thought this one was worth a comment. A couple of years back I was 92% avoided! ( mostly gears, forza and AC:. Judging by how I've only just got it down 66% one percent at a time, I can safely assume I p***ed a lot of people off! The point is that you shouldn't be worried by what 1 or 2 trolls think of you OP. Only start to worry if it gets more than 80% in my opinion.

You can change it from negative to positive, but I'm not going to.

If there had been a "Too Much Woman For Me To Handle" response option, they all would have checked that.

The description in the "reputation" tab is inaccurate. It does NOT include anyone who did not submit a review about you. No one who doesn't submit a review adds to the equation in any way.

It is only the percentage of people who submitted positive reviews that are included in the number, so do not rely on that description to get a sense of how most players feel about you. It is only the ones that feel strongly enough to submit a review at all that get included.

From there, you'll see that two 41% split reasons in equal measure would be EXTREMELY unlikely, if it was 30% of every player that had ever appeared in your  "recent players" list choosing to avoid you. That would be thousands of people, I'm sure, if not, at least hundreds. Their opinions would never line up with such mathematical precision.

The reason the percentages are the same is that the numbers involved are actually very small. Most likely, less than 10 people have ever chosen to avoid you. :happy:

Seriously though; you don't wanna play with me when I'm drunk - which is the only time I use a mic and could be accused of trash talk.

Happily I haven't yet been accused of any negative stuff from talking on mics (mainly because I don't talk at all!)

I rated some players after a ME3 Gold match just last month. These two guys in the team were talking non-stop and telling me and the other player what to do and what not to do in a very condescending way. It's not like we were noobs either. The game was going fine, and we extracted without difficulty.

I also avoided one whose mic was causing static non-stop and another player who was sucking through a straw and clearing the phlegm in his throat all game.

I just wish I knew how I'd been 'agressive' or 'unsporting'.

When I first started MP last March, I started on bronze, worked my way up to silver, then gold - I've been playing gold the majority of time since March 2012. I can't think that anyone would submit negative reviews on bronze and silver since we were all crap at that stage.

So gold it is. Again, what have I done?  I'm sorry to reiterate this, but it really bothers me.

I am just a really sensitive person who over-analyses everything...

This is why I switched off last night and hopped onto PS3 because I know those folks can't complain against me

I believe I'm sitting at just over 50% negative ratings. The strange thing is I rarely use my mic and a sizable chunk is for trash talking. I guess I'm guilty of being aggressively silent at people? I won't deny the unsporting reviews however. All that campy backstabbing action and suicide bombing from my CoD/Battlefield days...

The only thing I will consistently avoid players for is quitting early. I generally don't care how bad someone is at the game (unless they Leroy Jenkins every single wave in a Platinum match, for instance.) Trash talking can be ignored and as long as you're not cheating I don't care how dirty you play.

I used to have over 90% positive , it dropped to 70% when I complained that I wouldn't play with missile glitcher .

I use the x box system a lot to rate both positive and negative .
