I hide offline when I am working on challenges, soloing or waiting on someone i gave my word to that I would play with them.

H2-4 including reach, CoD:MW1-3, R6V:1&2, etc etc are the causes. Do to well on a consistent basis and this is what happens. Good ol' XBL skrumpkins avoid you just cause, reason is irrelevant.

Pugs are scrubs.
BSNers are clearly superior and carry everyone in their backpacks/pants.
