Yeah it is.

The three first pictures they show are at 1:50 of the video. You can see the Mage in armor as well, and you see here and there afterwards, there are many Inquisitors that could be Mages, with armor even.

What i understood, combined with this talk about more freedom in gameplay and customization, is that you can shape your character to be whatever you like, and since customization is in the game through crafting your own gear, the choices could be limitless.

Armor is not a problem tbh, even in DA2 you could wear heavy armor, the stat reqs were low, and the restricted armors few. Now if they open up the system and make it more free, all the better.

They are leaning towards that direction in general. More open world, more roleplaying choices, more customization etc.

So, Mage Plate Confirmed.

Eh Bioware? ;p

Her clothes are kind of wierd for a Qunari (namely, there's too little skin shown, what is this madness?), and she doesn't have any body-painting nor the Qunari symbol tattooed everywhere.

They've said mostly in Orlais and Ferelden, but we could still see other places, I'm sure. Maybe Seheron getting involved?

Definitely don't think it's a Qunari. Too small and slight, horns are in the completely wrong place (I think it's more likely she's wearing a mask), wrong attire, blonde hair (looks shaved at the sides) and don't see why a Qunari would be on a throne.

Not sure it'd fit on a Qunari head.  Even the elves might have ear related issues.

Actually, I wonder how they'll be handling Elf ears.  Will we be stuck being flat ears like DA:O?
