Of those three videos I posted before? Hah, I'd like that. Won't come from Gameinformer though.

I think he means an official recording rather than the ones fans have put up on YT.

Personally I'd be surprised if today's update was anything major. We saw a lot of new stuff at PAX and that might have to do us for a while.

Props to the lady who uploaded those, at least.

But if we ever get a proper video from Bioware showcasing the PAXy type stuff with dev commentary, I'd hope they take their time and get it just right.

I have to say the dragons in Dragon Age are anatomically wrong. It is just so weird that dragons have 3 pairs of limbs...

.....What?

Edit: Ah now i get it, 3 PAIRS of limb. Yeah there isn't a vertebrate with 6 limbs but dragons are mythological creature so who cares

I think you're confusing dragons(four feet and a pair of wings) with wyverns(two feet/no feet and a pair of wings).

Funnily enough, it was Skyrim who messed that up, as every one of their dragons was really a wyvern.

But its fictional anyway, so who gives a toss.

if you're talking about how all birds, reptiles, mammals and fish evolved from a common ancestral tetrapod (2 pairs of limbs) you'd be right but throughout mythology dragons have been depicted majorly as hexapods (3 pairs) like the chinese, welsh and south american depictions of dragons. it's actually rather interesting how these mythical creatures get this particular trait in common.

Anatomically "wrong"? The dragons in a fantasy game?

What about those with three, four, or five heads?

I wonder if today's update will be the answers to fan feedback: http://www.gameinfor...-questions.aspx

I know it says it will be posted as a special edition podcast in a few weeks, but I keep thinking... What else can they talk about at this point?

What are you talking about? Dragons have four legs and a pair of wings by definition, otherwise they're wyverns (the exception being Chinese dragons, which don't usually have wings).

I just hope that today's reveal includes a 3D rendering of the qunari faces, just like what we've already seen for the other races. Don't know if I'm explaining myself correctly, but I'm talking about these: Image IPB

Traditional dragons have always had four legs and two wings, so if there was a proper anatomy DA has it right.

A google image search will show that most people draw them with 3 pairs of limbs.

looking at those face models, everyone's sooo somber and serious looking.........cept the male elf.

it's like he knows something the rest of them don't...........lol

but, I'll say it again.......the female and elf female faces look so pretty.

I hope the final models will look just as good.

( and hopefully, this time we can actually tweak/customize the default face models ).

I might have brought it up a bit these last few days.
The hype is starting to go back somewhat, so I shouldn't nag quite as much from now on though.

I still want to see them though. Badly.

So yeah, it's the last update for DA:I from GI I guess.

Plea time: I'd really appreciate the person, who would listen to the whole podcast (50 mins...) and write down the juicy stuff? Pretty, pretty please.

Sure. I'll try if someone doesn't get it done first.

BSN has a few deaf users, so out of courtesy its something that should be done anyway.

I am just loving what I'm hearing ( do wish it had captions ). So sad that this is the last update. I'm looking forward to the beginning of next year to try out The Keep and more information.
