I saved him at the camp and got the cutscene with him just outside Lothering but, he died and his body disappeared and nothing.
I didn't get the cutscene interupt where he joins the party. I hung about thinking it was just a lag issue but nothing.
I continued on thinking the game would possibly crash out and restart that part correctly but it didn't, now I am in Lothering, just killed the bandits and still no dog.
Has anyone else had this bug?

Yes, I don't think it's a bug I think if he dies in that scene then he dies and you don't get him.

Luckily I remembered I saved at Flemeth's hut, reloaded and I got him. It was strange though, I've had him die several times there but I always got him in the party. This was the first time he just disappeared.

Idk, I only remember that I saw his body once and nothing happened so I thought it was intended. :3 But all should be good now.
