I remember why I hate this now.
I keep getting devices at wave 3... last one got me sync-ed after gelling after staying too long at the objective...

And reapers seem to be the most fair for power spammers

Nice run! Only recording the end screen and then switching back to the lobby is ok, but I encourage everybody to record as much as possible. As I've said before, I want this thread to be a collection of interesting gold solo videos rather than a pure speed based hall of fame. That's why we have different GI solos in this thread and not 10x a Talon run on Glacier (with 8 of them being screenshots lol).

Good time for a first gold solo is anything below 30 minutes, I'd say. I know my first gold solos took 35+ minutes.

OP, cool idea. I only have a photo of my 18:22 Geth Trooper solo that I posted in Caineghis2500's thread, but that's not the fastest time for that character you have here, as most of those times naturally go to PC players. Would you consider a photo valid for the fastest game by platform for a character (I'm on the 360)?

I'll start recording with my poor point and shoot camera for my future solos.

well, I havent gotten a response from deerbeer, and im not trying to get on the list. I asked what a good first solo time was.
I can see the sub-twenty runs in the OP as well as any other person.

My first Gold solo was 48 minutes. Now that gear and lvl IV equippment is out I'd say around 32 and under is a good time.

Decided to put one up for the basic human adept.  I will upload the video eventually and PM it to you Hendrix.  I like this thread.  In hindsight I should have taken an anti-armor weapon along with the acolyte, but I had fun with it anyways.

Given the setup, I'd say it's pretty good, but nothing excellent. First gold solos tend to be quite long, but the Proguard can do pretty much whatever he wants. I'm sure you'll improve very quickly, if you keep on trying
