Well, this looks interesting. Destiny's end game content has the potential to be Epic.

If you need to reflect, bungie.net has your character's information stored. Tie your gamertag to your account there and enjoy.

Oh man, it's been forever since I've been there, they might still have it stored.

Aye, I hadn't been there in years till a week or so ago. My old login still worked, gamertag and all.

Why the hell didn't I think of this? It's hilarious!
In other news, pre-ordered Destiny for PS4. Need to get that console ASAP.

Well I totally missed the entire beta since I've been out the country for a month. From what I seen so far Destiny seems like a solid game.
I think my worry is the same as everyone-else at the moment. While solid and I am sure good fun, it just doesn't seem groundbreaking in any respect and the hook seems just to be on improving your gear. The maps seem like after the initial 30 hours will become repetitive. Especially those free roam missions which are simple collect this or kill that mix.
I haven't seen much of Raids just yet, so hopefully thats more of a hook that will keep me coming back.

I must say that the wait until 09.09.14 is almost unbearable. I can't wait for this game to come out. Almost all the games in my game collection have become about as much fun to play as watching paint dry after the Destiny Beta.

Destiny is not going to get the appropriate amount of love from me, I'll only have so long with it before other games must be played.
Damn you Liam and your amazing taste in JRPGs...

Speaking of which, Earthbound asked the question the other day, when are you online? Same as before? As in never when we are? ![]()

I will be getting on more often during the day because I switched shifts.
I will also still be getting on then too.
I will also be getting on my Xbox more then too, I've mostly been sticking to PS2 emulators, PS3 and Vita.

Destiny to me is a bazillion trends and concepts and not an ounce of heart, I'll probably just pass.

I don't know if I'd use "heart" but I think you mean "soul".
I mention the difference because I think the first would offend those that put their heart into making it, but the second wouldn't gut them too much as they'd aim to prove the detractors wrong with their lore and such.

Um, sure. Not an ounce of soul, just saying I don't see there being any real emotional pathos, more just computer grindathon alongside submissive aliens and robots and whatever.

Im getting a bit itchy. Especially as my work colleagues are more into then me somehow! One of them even has the week off ![]()
On the plus side I discovered the new Wolfenstein game which is keeping me busy. Still last time I remember a wait like this was for Skyrim. Going to be a long month

Same. For me, anyway, Evolve being delayed assuages the wait for Destiny significantly. I would've been torn between the two for the rest of 2014, but now I know I'll be able to prioritize my FPS MP time more accordingly.
