And dumb now. First day of Iron Banner = mostly LVL27s and up and no one quitting and 6v6 always. Second day of Iron Banner = scrubs below LVL20 joining and quitting 4 minutes in cause the other team has a 1000 point lead. I WANT THOSE 4 MINUTES BACK YOU CRAVEN FUCKS!
You and me both, brother. At least be thankful that you're not like me and end of up with that one single lvl 12 player on your team, after which when my squad is losing (because they suck so hard) they all leave, leaving me alone on the team with the lvl 12'er. 
Seriously, having you receive NO rep if your team loses is a f***ing joke, when your measure of success becomes dependent on others. At the very least, have it be a much lower amount of rep that you receive if you lose (like in the normal Crucible).
Regular pvp is slightly balanced, but not really.
Iron Banner is not balanced because it's an ego boost for everyone in full raid gear.
You forgot to mention the auto rifle spammers. 
EDIT: Ok, through a lot of luck, I managed to reach Rank 2 of Iron Banner and buy the IB class item (so now I can do that one bounty which requires the class item, shader, and emblem). I was about to see how much rep you receive once you hit Rank 2, along with wearing the class item, shader, and emblem during the match, buttttttttt......

EDIT EDIT: Ok, it looks like if you equip the emblem, shader, and class item, you'll receive 33 rep points from winning an IB Control match and equipping all 3 will up the rep of the bounty reward by 30%. Which helps some, considering that to reach Rank 3 you need 2400 rep points.... and with this broken FUBAR of an event, that's going to be an even bigger challenge than reaching Rank 2...
