It would just be wise not to complain about the game.
Besides, it gets old quickly.

Where exactly should people take their Destiny related complaints, then?
People complain because they care, besides I don't foresee the moderators coming here and locking this thread as long as we keep it civil. As far as I've experienced, the moderation on BSN is consistent and fair (you want bad moderation go to the SWTOR forums, they hand out warnings and infractions like they are going out of style), but that is largely irrelevant to this thread and it would probably be best if we stopped discussing moderation and let the moderators moderate themselves, they know what they are doing.
Anyhow, I just came in here to point out and express my disappointment that Crota is continuing an on going trend, that ongoing trend being that all of the bosses in Destiny are just regular enemies increased in size with more Hitpoints slapped on them, the only exception to this being the one tank driving lieutenant on the Mars Strike. I hope they change it up in the future.

Hey guys, I just got an exotic bounty that requires me to complete five strikes without dying. I have to leave for school, so I have a few questions before I leave. Do I have a time limit on this? Do the strikes have to be a certain difficulty? Do the completed strikes have to all be different?
Any answers you guys can give would really be appreciated. Until next time.

Exotic Bounties do not have a time limit and I believe that you don't have to complete it consecutively (you can die, they don't have to be completed in a row without dying). You can do the same strike over and over, just do the one in Old Russia

Cool, thanks for the heads up. That will make things a lot easier.

Well me and a team attempted the raid. We had gotten all the way to Atheon and then everyone but me decided that they had enough and quit.
I'm sad.

That is wonderful.
BTW, I completed the raid a few times, and I'm digging the new updates. I'm going to buy an xbox one and transfer my stats, then when I get Destiny two I will be rocking my Hunter!
I still trust Bungie, but Destiny 2 will smooth out Destiny in general. They know what works and what doesn't, and know what direction to take.
Still though, I want Europa... Now.

That's right, Bungie. Go ahead and shift the blame to your customers.
Tonight's gonna be great.

Well, it's not like Bungie's reputation wasn't in the crapper anyway, might as well completely drag it through the crap while it's down there.

Heh. That news reminded me of how careful I'm going to be with Destiny 2. I avoid MMOs specifically because of their tendency to be sold in pieces and expansions. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I just happen to be a broke college student who can't keep up.
Anywaaaays, kudos to them for having a good import system. Wish more games did it. I've grown attached to my warlock, and I am proud of her achievements.
I just hope that Bungie takes its time with Destiny 2 and is able to stick to their initial and ambitious vision. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it, but a cautious one, I'll be looking before I stick my hand in the box lest I get bit by the unknown this time around.

Considering the fact that now they've developed the engine, it's help cut down time on development. Also considering the fact that they should have learned what works and what doesn't now means it'll be better. If Bungie also chooses to do next gen only, the game will look great.
Several games in the past had a flawed first run, but when the second one came out, it was far better.
I'm surprised on how it looks on my xbox 360, as for I was expecting the graphics to be worse. I was wrong, but when I buy an xbox one (I finally made up my mind) it'll look far better.
Bungie also needs to reward veteran guardians with something to signal that they have been fighting the darkness longer than the new players.
Like Mass Effect, people need to be able to import their character. People become attached to their characters and don't want to lose them.

I bought the expansion pass. I really started to get back into the game after I was able to procure The Last Word from Xur a month or so ago. My "luck" with exotic weaponry and armor began to change after that.
I suppose I'd understand this decision more if I was attached to my Guardians as characters, and each didn't seem so much like a tricked out upgraded Super Mario toon. I'm kinda interested to see what Bungie does with this import.Your Guardians will transfer to Destiny 2:

Considering that this is an Activision title, I'd wager that they will make they will perfect this game's formula in the next two games, and then make the same game for the next five installments. See: Tony Hawk's pro skater, Guitar Hero, Call of Duty
Hopefully I'll have a better job by then. I like this game, but it feels like I'm getting a sample. I want the whole bucket of oatmeal, not just a spoonful.
KAAAAAAAAAHN!
Got to Crota in 3-4 hours. Got annihilated. Pretty much need someone to be LVL31 to survive.

I still haven't done a raid yet. Because I don't have enough friends... Anyone want to join a clan? Because I started one, for reasons I can't understand. But I started one. I've been level 28 (oh so close to the elusive 29) for AGES. My other two characters are 27. Not being able to do raids is really putting a damper on things.
That was a very disjointed paragraph. Oh yeah, and I got the DLC. Keep trying to beat the second mission on level 30 with level 28 characters. It's not going well.
Only finished the first 1/2 of Crota's End raid..... f*** me, this raid makes the Vault of Glass look like a teddy bear picnic
and this is the NORMAL mode... I know I'm gonna cry when they release the hard mode in January, lol.
Only new gear that I managed to get from the raid so far is the Warlock bond (Bone Circlet) which I found from the 1st chest, didn't receive any gear from the 2 first loot drops (just radiant shards). Two guys managed to get the new Warlock raid chestpieces, the lucky bastards
On the slightly plus side, I've had some crazy luck with engrams today (found 3 Legendary engrams, nothing amazing though) and I did manage to get the new upgraded version of the Insurmountable Skullfort exotic titan helm from one of the Nightfalls, which starts at Light lvl 30 and can reach a max Light lvl of 36 (so it can help my titan reach the new max lvl of 32, provided that I actually manage to earn the new raid boots, gloves, and armor from Crota's End)
