It's been like 10 to 15 years for some, Morrigan and Leliana will be in or around their 40s, and Varric should have some gray hairs, as he always seemed to be around early to late 30s.

I know DA2's crappy graphics probably couldn't do old age very well, but with the Frostbite engine, I'd like to see some signs that the DA:O characters are much older than they were in DA:O.

Well all the characters we've seen have visibly aged from their past appearances so I'm going to say yes.

Morrigan already looks older, if that helps...

I don't see why not, I mean a lot of time has passed and we'll see Morrigan with a child (for me anyways and a few others).

In the E3 trailer, Morrigan is definitely showing signs of aging. But, as she says in DAO, "Beauty is fleeting and meaningless,", power is what matters. And I quote her ironically, because, for a video game character, she is still quite beautiful in the E3 trailer.

Even Varric and Cassandra look years older in the trailer....Then again Bioware did move away from that smooth, plastic look of DA2, so that might be what I'm seeing.

Hopefully. Like leiliana should have at least a different haircut or something she look so good for a 30-40 year old sheesh, what does she do?

Well irl it seems people in their 30's or even early 40's often don't look much different than when they were in their mid-20's, unless they've had very unhealthy habits during their lives.

I don't think Dragon Age has done a very good job at showing the age of their characters beyond "early twenties" and "really goddamn old." Hopefully Frostbite and a higher depth of fidelity will solve this issue, but I must take umbrage with the idea that Morrigan is 40. She's mid-twenties at the most in Origins, and I'd venture to say she's more likely late teens to early, early twenties. If Inquisition takes place at the most 15 years after the Fifth Blight, then Morrigan would be mid thirties as opposed to early 40s.

Honestly I hope Bioware makes it clear the relative age-range of their characters from here on. Showing some wrinkles or other signs of aging would be a welcome sight.

Going to have to agree with this statement.   In reality, you aren't going to look much different at 40 than you did at 25, assuming you are living a still somewhat active lifestyle.
