Nothing is wrong with the ME2 Quests and Storylines board.  If you read the description:

Although there does seem to be a minor problem in the calculation for number of replies.  (4 billion? I think someone tried to subtract 1 from 0 on an unsigned integer and wrapped the variable.  Ooops!)

It's a downgrade in story compared to ME1 in an attempt to lower it's standard of quality to gain a larger ME fan base. It does not retain much 'epic' feel or any other awesome atmostpheres and emotions evident in ME1
