Getting stuck in the environment is pretty annoying, but I'm used to quicksaving ridiculously often so I never lose much progress.

In the long run it's not a huge deal, and they did end up working it into the story later on, but I do think it's pretty silly that Bioware had never bothered fixing the bug where the game always thinks you chose Renegade options with Conrad Verner in ME1.

I find the glitches to be few and far between. The game, overall, is pretty solid. But I have ended up getting stuck walking on air, having enemies that wouldn't die, squadmates becoming unresponsive, and having enemies that were supposed to appear not appear. Just had one where the enemies were supposed to come out a door, but didn't until I ran up and opened it for them (fortunately, I survived my dash back into cover).

Generally, I find the few glitches I run across amusing. Sometimes Sheppard just has to stop and stare at the bizzareness around her. Miranda, how did you end up way up there anyway? :)

OK, this is THE most annoying bug (for me, anyway): enemies that shoot you when you don't even have an LOS. CHEATER!

Not sure what is more annoying: Myself getting stuck or a single enemy getting stuck somewhere (where you can't see/reach) or not dying and messing all the mission!

Walking up invisible walls is probably the worst bug. It happens alot. I only recently experienced the enemy LOS bug. What's funny is I setup a script so that my PC inputs the quick-save hotkey every 10min while I play lol, this way I never have to be like... "Ugh... I forgot to save" when I experience this. Guess that shows how much I like ME lol

Just had Garrus glitch out on me during the infected mech assembly facility mission. He was permanently ducked and unresponsive to my commands. Wouldn't move where I told him to, or use the abilities I ordered him to.

After he failed to use overlord while I was in a bind, and barely survived. I went to punch his lights out (insubordination will not be tolerated mid mission), only to discover him huddled in a corner near the entrance. All efforts to move/use him failed. Seems he got PTS. So I reloaded and brought Miranda instead, since she would man up.

Made a series of cinematically-timed saves to present ME to my girlfriend, who'd been showing a fair bit of interest in the series.
Jump ahead to the encounter with Benezia on Noveria, get immediately hurled through and stuck in a wall. Squaddies took care of everything, though.

Characters suddenly disappearing out of the picture or randomly warping to another part of the picture. I often had Shepard literally talking to a wall for a few seconds because the other character was suddenly somewhere else.
The game also tends to completely freeze or become laggy when I played for over two hours but I'm not sure if the game or actually the Playstation itself has to be blamed since it's been doing that with ME 1 and 3 as well and I doubt all three games have problems with freezing.
