Shadow now has much too high DR. Should have given her 50%, instead of 90%, since she's now invincible.
The other changes are excellent. Will download.
8/10, would bang once. For now...

Something like using Shadow Strike to kill someone and then immediately Heavy Melee the person next to the Shadow?

How effective is giving 100% bonus damage for 5 seconds for the Shadow?

With the AoE increased for heavy melee she can slice through 2-3 enemies very quickly and escape unscathed.
She's a little hit and run right now, as her near invincibility is not anywhere like the level of the nova guard.
You teleport in, hack the enemies to death using a combination of SS, heavy melee and regular melees and disappear... I was just having so much fun testing her.
Unfortunately, staggers will still kill you, so a little caution must be exercised.

One evolution I would like to see is this:
-Decrease detonation damage by 100%
-Increase DPS (NOT DOT) by 100%
This way you can stack Dark Sphere and Dark Channel on enemies and just walk away while they die behind you.

Something that I really want to see is a power-centric DPS build for the Collector Adept. Change Dark Sphere's DOT to DPS so that increasing the power's duration actually makes sense. Make the base DPS 80 or something.

I already did something similar to my coalesced with the collector.
- Decreased swarm DR from 10% to 5%
- Increased swarms from 4 to 8
- Decreased cooldown times on swarms and dark sphere from 8 seconds to 4 seconds.
I felt the cooldown times held the collector back from being able to do what the rest of the adepts can do, as good as he already is, there's no way he can match the power of the basic human adept or the Fury so the cooldowns were the first thing I changed.
I was debating increasing the sphere's target cap too but didn't feel I needed it but it was something I had in mind too.
The above will give the same results, but gives you more power from the biotic combo's rather than just from the DOT.
I can see your method also working; skipping seeker swarm and changing the sphere DPS damage slightly with all the mods/gears to give it extra power too. I can attach my Reckoning coalesced if anyone wants to test my build.

Sorry hacking is against my honor code
It is not hacking, it is modding. Which is perfectly fine and very interesting. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it unless it is used to gain unfair advantage and extra credits in public games. There is a whole forum section on fan creations which includes modding.

Now, if the High-Res textures can be applied to Multilayer as well....

Quesiton 2: I assume that the changes need to be on the host's computer for the mod to work?
PS: The Shadow was really fun to play however I do agree that 127% damage reduction was probably too much. Maybe make it 100% DR and Sword Mastery 5a be 75% damage for 10 seconds.

Not sure about that one. I could but it would have to be extremely limited. Name a gun and a way of buffing it that doesn't break the game in terms of being better than the Harrier or Typhoon & one that we can actually edit and doesn't get overwritten with balance changes.DaftArbiter wrote...
Since you're fixing all various things, how about buffing most (not the Harrier) ARs so they're more than just water guns?

Question: Will I be banned if I use this mod to play public MP?

1. No, the ban thread is gone from the top of this forum so most likely no.
2. Yep, host-only. Even if you play off-host, you are subjected to the hosts coalesced files and they override yours for the duration you are in an off-host lobby.

You aren't subjected to quite everything in the Host's .bin files, but Annomander does know what's going on in those files so I imagine that everything here works for the entire game. Powers for the most part are all controlled by the host.
I was working on stuff like this, but I'm more looking at the code now and seeing what bugs I can find(I'm pretty sure I know what Incendiary Rounds is doing).

Unless the community adds something big (map, kit, weapon, etc.), I don't think they'll even acknowledge it.

If its possible, I very much hope someone does it. There can never be too much items in multiplayer.
