It is not the authority statement, it is the actual state of affairs statement. The official policy is set by BW and if it is not violated, nothing bad is happening to nobody. It means that BW sticks to official policy firmly which is quite expected.

Older games, like Baldur's Gate and all Infinity-based games were modded to oblivion even though BGT basically rewrites parts of the plot and completely remakes multiplayer. Yet, BG-EE gets some legal issues and is essentially shut down. But if there is no money making involved and contents is free for everyone, there should be no legal grounds for any action. Also, cannot ban everyone and there is no point.

........i don't think you understand how these things work.

I've been meaning to make my own balance changes for some time now, buuuuut editing the DLC files is going to be annoying

Might need some help from dunvi when it comes to finding some of the lines to edit tbh though because I'm still a scrubadub at this kind of shlt

I have done them before (don't ask me which ones) but they were fairly simple edits, just changing an integer or two

You have to record the next dlc. It would be hilarious to see Volus's jumping over cover.

So, what would you say if I made the vorcha engineer a force to be reckoned with?

Because... It's happening!

Typhoon Assault Rifle

This returns the typhoon to it's pre-nerf status (88.8 damage when ramped up at level I, 111 damage when ramped up at level X)

I know this is kinda off topic but is there any videos showing the Typhoon X pre-nerf?

I never had the chance to use it before it got nerfed and would love to see in action.

Yeah, nerfed the health regen per stack of bloodlust by 65% and buffed how many stacks you can get to 12.

He's fast, he hits hard, but he get's killed easily if you aren't mobile due to the whole no health / shield gate thing.

But is it neccessary to restack each wave? I mean, it has to be very fun in decent team to regain 12 stacks each wave.

In my opion it was a general strategy by bioware to introduce new exciting and owerpowered stuff. That stuff was later nerfed down by balance changes, to make the new exciting overpowered stuff from the next DLC more desireable. Everybody can name a few examples: Piranhai, Krysae, Typhoon...

It seem to be motivated to make some players pay real money to buy some expensive packs...

I can understand, that people want "their stuff back" how they first experienced it. The problem is: there is now real system to notify others of what you did on your PC and how it affects other player.

If this was the case, then why were certain things not nerfed such as the Reegar, Harrier, and Acolyte?

I would be interested to try this mod just to see how the N7 Shadow performs with increased DR.

Does it have any drawbacks like regressions in patches such as Atlas speed or Prime stunlock or Banshee grabs?

Earth DLC is completely separate from patch 02, banshee pawn changes do not revert, atlas and prime ones do but none of them should be affected by using this file. Just make sure to use the memory patcher or the DLC won't authorise.

Okay. I tried it and the Shadow is a lot better with it, but you lose Phantom bubble graphics.

Cosmetic change which has no effect on gameplay at all.
