If left unchecked and with time to develop, could the geth become the reapers. A bad history with organics(quarians) and with the tech they are able to come up with. Is it possible they could have became something similar to the reapers?

Shepard on Mars, about Cerberus and Reapers working together?

I don't think so. The Geth aren't based off a flawed and contradictory premise that was postulated and stipulated by an entity that has an inherent error (or difference) in his core programming that makes him really unable to see perspective outside its own that was built by a megalomaniacal race of space crabs that believe that they are a divine gift of the cosmos and perfection personified to the point where they believe they are entitled to rule the galaxy and physiologically enthrall all sapient and intelligent races and compel them to worship them as the pinnacle of evolution and enslaving said thrall races to serve them through tasks that are complex and challenging enough that the thrall races must create synthetic intelligence that inevitably exterminate their organic thrall creator race for some reason.

The geth have free will and wish to become something similar to the Reapers, at least in form - "Each a nation" - but there is nothing compelling them to try and exterminate/harvest organic life, since the only geth who wanted to do that were manipulated by the Reapers.

Could they have wanted to exterminate them in a belief that all oranics would be dangerous and would threaten their exsistence.

In me 2 legion explains that it's the organics next step to become a reaper, he also said that reapers were different
Billions of organic minds uploaded and conjoined within immortal machine bodies, each foundation. When Nazara corrupted the the herratics, we tuched it's minds. We perceived they were different from ours

If you listened to this video, the Reapers were originally
most likely not AIs. The original Reapers were probably an or a group
of organic species on a power trip; believing that if they all uploaded
themselves into immortal machine bodies, they would become gods.
They probably decided to "share" this revelation with the rest of the
galaxy, repeating the cycle over and over to save "worthy" species from
the vulnerabilities of mortality.

It is somewhat unlikely. The logic behind "Organic and synthetic life will inevitably destroy eachother" is flawed, and the geth are logical creatures not driven by emotions.

Unless the geth had repeated instances of organics, independent of one another, attempting to destroy them, they probably would deal with conflict the way organic life deals with it - by eliminating the current threat and establishing a defense against future attacks.

Waging a war of deliberate genocide is impractical and illogical.

A reaper as in a giant mechanical entity with a single giant AI brain composed of millions of interconnected programs? Yes that was in fact their plan. They were building a Dyson sphere over Rannoch before the Quarians started killing them.
Would the super structure of said entity be made of liquified organics? No.
Would said entity be determined to harvest or destroy organic life? Highly doubtful given their stance on self determination.
