Nah if you really think about it the nightmare fuel legs the Quarians have is pretty scary. Could you imagine someone walking at you with those things? AND glowing eyes?

Quarians have great taste in poetry and literature, they can also dance very well. I kinda like the legs, for some reason. I also prefer Tali's voice a lot over Miranda's. Yep, I'm glad she's a Quarian.

So in a discussion about whether or not Tali has "human features" (of which I pointed out several distinctly nonhuman features about her appearance), it's irrelevant that I point those out?

I guess Miranda having a "potato face" (it's funny that I at least mention objective points, as opposed to whatever the hell this means), is irrelevant then, by your logic.

So do humans. I'm not big on poetry, and it depends on the literature. What's 'good' literature (disregarding Twilight and 50 Shades)?

What I dislike about Tali is the way they take her virginity and difficulty having sex and turn it into a romantic selling point. Been there done that, and I don't appreciate it being used in game the way it is.

It ties in with the rest of her character  which fulfills the same fantasy that Liara (also a virgin!) did in ME1.

The attractive character is nerdy and awkward in social situations, easily flustered yet also also forthright about their attraction to the avatar of the player. Liara is interested in Shepard, Tali adores him.
 
Bioware went down the nerdbait checklist, may as well go all the way and make them virgins too. It has its appeal. The possessive types like that only they have her and there will be nothing for her to compare the player's self-insert Shepard's performance or any existing notion of what to expect from them.
