This would be an awesome way to tie in the two previous games if we recruit our two previous PCs into our part 3 party. Imagine the stories and legends that can be made!

The Grey Warden Commander would automatically become leader and then the Inquisitor and Warden will team up to beat up Hawke for being so incompetent all through out DA2.

Hawke coud arguably more competent than either depending how you role-played your PC in DA1 and D2.

Hawke and the warden are level 30`ish. Sounds overpowered, no?
Also: face imports don`t work from one game engine and over to a different engine.

Let's see now.
Grey Warden = Ended a blight, put a king on the seat of Orzammar, ended the civil war of Fereldan, fixed the circle by either killing all mages or saving them and saved Arl Eamon.
Hawke= Lost his/her brother/sister to the deep roads or circle/templar, couldn't stop Anders in any way possible depsite knowing him for 6 years, failed to save his/her mother, couldn't even handle Sister Petrice without starting a Qunari war and didn't do anything to stop the mages or templar from going to war.
You don't need to roleplay for those to happen.

No.
There's no "The Warden," for one. What's his motivation, beliefs, attitude? These are all determined by the player because it's an RPG and the Warden is more or less a blank slate.
To a lesser degree, some might be able to kinda say something similar about Hawke

Importing Game Information, like when you imported Game Information from DA:O into DA2. Not importing characters.

I would be OK with with the Warden and Hawke being temporary companions for the final battle. However, for the rest of the game I would rather them being just important NPCs.

The Warden would either be on his/her calling or is hanging at Weishaupt (Can't ever remember the blasted name) or is off doing something away from LI unless that LI was Morrigan then he is hidiing from her with their child.
And Hawke is on the run from Cassie and the Seekers.
