Hi,

Some modules recommend start PC level more than one. Is it possible to create such PC from the scratch?

I know that I can save PC at any level in other module and then use him, but I want to use new PC.

Just level it with the console in the module that suggests higher than level 1.  The character file isn't actually created until you save it.

The only potential problem might be creating a character using some customization like CEP or PRC and then try playing it in a module that doesn't use those haks.  Not sure what would happen but there would likely be conflicts.  Otherwise, the console is all you need to avoid needing the combat XP to level.

Or I may be misinterpreting what your problem is...

Typically, modules that recommend a specific minimum or maximum level will usually check your input character and then either delevel it or level it up to the suggested level.  Usually the console is not needed to "hit the ground running" for new characters above level 1.

Official small modules do not increase level automatically.

You could use a leveling module, like (in no particular order) The Halls of Advanced training, Novice to Epic Character Maker, or Pretty Good Character Creator.

Yup. I use HoAT myself because it loads so fast, has no additional hak requirements and decent testing areas.  Just wondering if anyone created a creator for PRC races & classes. Any such beast exist? Haven't located one on the Vault yet.

Also, some of those premade stock Bioware toons are higher than level 1 but seem to be mostly pretty lame builds IMO.  They are technically "new" never having been played before and without any special inventory items.
