Charge GPS, shoot arrow, when the arrows fire, release shotgun charge. The arrows and the GPS shot both land at the same time, both home in on the target, both do good damage.
I admire someone who plays this character as something other than a Cain Mine spammer.

Graal. Your omni arrows lock on to enemies heads. Lob charged graal spikes with your omni spikes. Profit.
You can charge Graal shots whilst firing the arrows, for a free damage boost, then just release the trigger when the arrow animation finishes, and the stagger from the arrows mitigates the usual off-host difficultys the Graal suffers from.
Plus, giving a omnibow character a gun that lets you fire more sharp things is amusing.
Hey phantom, lets play a game.
Its called "how many shafts can we get into one phantom?"

It's a shame we can't have an Omni-Bow duo. I thoroughly enjoy it. The GPS is what I rocked on him for a while....until I tried the Venom instead. Big shocker there...lol. I stagger with the Venom then heavy melee all the things.

Graal... for a quicker grenade time try the Disciple HVB/Omni-blade..and a predator pistol with PM ULPM more Cain mine to spam
Wouldn't the ultra light materials cancel the bug that's causing the weight adding mods to not add anything to vanilla guns and thereby increase the recharge time significantly?

Never combine weight adding mods with ULM on a non-dlc gun.
It's actually counter-productive.

lol @ shafting the phantom.
I play him more along the lines of thinking: Big Game Bow Hunter.

Then when surrounded: Blast fishin'

I see him as quite the outdoorsman prior to this whole Reaper invasion thing.

Graal and GPS are both good. GPS is really good because it produces a hit reaction a lot if it doesn't outright kill the enemy which keeps you from getting your ass lit up.
I'll try them when I get online again.

I felt like having a power I don't have control of detonating was silly, that and those red lasers that shine out are an eye sore.

You do have control over them... As anytime you put 3 on the field, then plant a 4th, the first one will detonate and so on. This is why people spam them into spawns. I'm personally fond of planting them as tripwires in chokepoints (doorways that lead into the control tower on dagger for instance). Then I do plenty of damage with my gun/bow combo.

What ammo type do you put on the GPS? I've been using Warp for the extra damage to Barriers, Armor, and Health, but I'm thinking Phasic or Disruptor might be a good choice to make up for AP arrow's weakness against Boss Shields.
