Is the Reegar not as deliciously cheesy on console as on PC?

Is there some weirdness with the hit mechanics of a really high ROF weapon on console versus PC? Has anyone looked at TTK on some of the vids and compared them. My TTK seemed a little longer as well. Looking at the incendiary glitch for warp, incinerate, inferno nades, etc, it seems to take a little longer on console than on PC. Perhaps just my imagination or lack of skill but everything but the Reegar seems to be duplicatable. (is that even a word)

I expect more from a broken weapon.
Maybe you're on to something...

I've watched a lot of Sirian's stuff and I don't think it's anything strange compared to other vids on PC I have seen with identical results. Just with most weapons, the results are the same or very close. Just seems to be the Reegar.Slojack wrote...
Its a perfectly cromulent word. Also get ready for PC Master race. I try to not watch those vids because of what you are stating, I can never re-created what I saw.

something to do with inferior frames probably.
This would be my guess as well.... At least for lolpeestree. Sometimes flamer won't bite on the likes of Brutes and Dragoons.

I'm not accusing Sirian of anything like that. This is something I see in a lot of PC vids and have yet to see it duplicated on video on console as far as TTK. Most of the time the results for all other weapons are so close to consistent that player skill is the only factor.cowwy wrote...
Seriously people? Obviously it was his hacked coalesced. Not the fact that he can aim better than you can and consistently hit the triple hit spot. I remember the last time this argument was made about the typhoon someone posted a console video where they missed like 20% of the bullets fired and the logical deduction was that due to a rounding error in the Unreal Engine bullets do more damage on PC.
I guess I could be able to miss with a gigantic goddamn blue flame thrower from a few meters away though?

Anytime ive ever seen a Reegar Kroguard video from PC... I am always struck by how much more damage it does... And iI know I'm not seeing things as I have quite a bit of trigger time on the Reegar. It is surely more powerful on PC. Even watching Stardusks old video where he calls it an abomination reveals superior performance on PC.

There is a glitch I've noticed on PC and Xbox with the Reegar. Atlas down to 2 bars of armor and the reegar does no damage with incendiary ammo. Very strange. If you catch it fast enough and stop and restart, damage will begin.
Hmmmmm, I've had this type of thing with Dragoons before, I swear it. Down to 2 bars of health and then I can't damage it to finish it off for the life of me.

most of the times most of the bullets shot by reegar get lost in space magic and don't hit the target, this effect is bigger at lower framerates.
I have capped my game at 10 and reegar deals nothing compared when I use it at 60 or 90.

Aim could effect it BUT the Reegar is one of the easier weapons to aim with and hit headshots/weak points.Beerfish wrote...
Re the Reegar, could it be an aiming issue? I've never played on the pc but they say head shots are easier so could it simply be more precise aiming of the stream?

PC Reegar does do more damage.
AbramsTank and Reefa can confirm this, I think.

I'm inclined to believe this, actually. When I record @ 30 FPS I don't do as consistently high damage per clip with the Reegar as when I'm not recording and playing at 45-60 FPS. This is vs, for instance, Geth Primes not Atlases so the triple hit is not an explanatory factor.Mirenko wrote...
Reegar is framerate dependant.
