Or a focus on shield recharge instead of shield strength.
With Multicapacitor and Shield Power Cells 3 the Shaman can have shields recharging within 1 second and  40% DR.

Actually I think somebody mentioned it a while ago.

You can set it up so a Scion will forever try to shoot you while you're in cover and he can't hit you.

The trick is mostly being able to stay connected to the server for 25 hours =P
