[cap and gown]

I thought the Cain was supposed to be able to one-shot a Praetorean. Well I just blasted the one on Horizon but it survived. I am pretty sure I hit it dead on but it still did the flop on the ground/pop back up thing. It's armor was pretty far gone, but it weren't dead. I am playing on Veteran difficulty. So .  .  .  what? No one-shot kills? Did I perhaps miss it? (Hard to tell for sure I hit it square on since it was on the other side of the field.)

Cain does 10000 damage I think?
Praetorian must have more health and armour then that.
