If they include multiplayer then they should'nt force players who don't want multiplayer to use it in order to get single player content.I'm getting sick of seeing multiplayer in everything and I fear pure single player games are going the way of the dodo.

I hope they'll go with #4 on that list. Multiplayer should never change anything about your single player experience. I am, however, very game for the opposite. Originally I thought we'd be unlocking racial options in ME3 by completing their story arcs in single player (and for some, like quarian vs geth, we'd have to pick one and only unlock the chosen race for multiplayer - to unlock both we'd need to play through single player twice) and while I've never gotten to play that game, it sounds interesting to me.

Thing is, I'm not by any means against multiplayer. If there is MP, I will play it for sure. Gotta give it a whirl - what if it's absolutely awesome and I get to play for hundreds of hours and loving it? Only a fool would decide not to try it if they have a stable internet connection, methinks. But I still don't want to feel forced to play MP while I'm actively enjoying my SP game. The galactic readiness meter in ME3 feels like some kind of free-to-play online game's nag screen to me.
