Cris velasco & Sascha. They've worked with Bioware before, ME2's DLC and ME3 + all of the DLCs. They also worked on borderlands 1 & 2 soundtracks and many more games. I don't know if they'd exactly fit, but I'd love to see them give this a try.

Overall, I really enjoyed Inon Zur's score for Origins (the camp theme is an amazing piece of music) and despite the DA2 soundtrack being mostly lackluster (I really didn't like how the music would randomly jump around in combat, it made everything feel so disconnected) there are still a couple of tracks that I enjoy, like the main theme, Qunari on the Rise and the party selection/character creation music. So I'd be happy to have him back, provided he got the proper time to create the soundtrack.

I really like Sascha and Cris, but whilst I do appreciate some degree of risk (like Olivier Deriviere), I think the composer they pick should ideally have some kind of experience composing for fantasy.

Me. They should hire me. I just
bought a broken synthesizer at a garage sale for $7.50 and I'm looking
to break into the industry.

Sure, I have little to no musical
background or experience, but what I lack in so-called "qualifications"
or functioning instruments, I make up in heart.

I had no idea what you were talking about until I realized the title was "who would like to score DA: I?" Whoops! [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/pinched.png[/smilie] I fixed the title. Good luck getting into the industry!
