I'll play on pc no matter what, but I'm afraid my current one won't be able to handle the awesome frostbite 3 engine. All these dev tweets about computers turning to molten piles of scraps are not making me less worried either.

This will likely be the game that drives me to a next gen platform. Likely stay with the XBoxOne because I hate the Sony controller.

Have you gotten a chance to use the new Dual Shock 4? It is a vast improvement over the DS2/3 design. I really did not like the old design at all but I feel the new DS4 is on par with the 360 controller (have not had a chance to use the X1's but I have played on my friend's PS4). But if you have and still don't like it fair enough.
I will be playing DAI on PC where I played Origins and DA2. I prefer to game on my PC whenever I can.

PC; not geared for consoles at all. Have nothing against them, but with my lack of reflexes, they are not designed for me.

My old PS3 can't handle most of new games that are graphically demanding. It makes noise right away so I can't even hear the game sound....
Even if my PS3 worked well, I'd still choose to play any RPG or Shooter on PC.

PS4 for me. I play Dragon Age: Origins, Awakening, and Dragon Age II on the PS3, but my PS4 needs games lol. With the Dragon Keep, playing the PS4 version shouldn't be an issue since I remember the important decisions I made in the series so far.

Playstation 4, when I get round to buying it. Was going to pick it up in the summer but I'm moving house instead, so to save me the extra packing I'll just wait for autumn and close to the game release.

I have both games on Xbox 360 and PC so I will probably get them for both again, but I'll play it on PC. Strange, I know. ![]()

Dont Know yet
I played origins on PS3 as well as on PC, the controls on the PS3 in my own opinion were kind of crammed into the controller in comparrison to the PC which played like a dream the customised toolbars for spells potions etc were a breeze as well, I have a PS4 but would love to know if the new controller can handle the game better than previously. If the game plays equally well on PS4 then I would probably go down that road.

I started off a PC gamer. Then I found the joy of sitting on a couch, using a console with a pint and a few pals. I am now spoiled off the PC forever.

I thought the controller was great for a mage in DA2. Cast dem fireballs like a mofo!

Xbox 360, or maybe a PS4 if I decide to buy one. Xbox One won`t be considered.
Xbox One - Because it took exactly 359 steps backwards.

On my new Falcon Northwest tower. Nvidia 780TI card. Yeah, I'm pretty excited at the thought of Frostbite and that card.
I feel a growing sense of jealousy.

No, I just learned my lesson with DAO. I also was on DA2 the entire project so my level of familiarity with it is much higher than DAO's. I don't expect to unwrap Inquisition either.
Eh, it's a small price to pay, relatively speaking. I hope to be in the game industry for my entire career at this point, and I do understand that it means that I'll likely never enjoy any game I work on in the same way that I would as a player.
Though reading through the praise dose make me :happy::happy:
Countered with the intense dislike leading to:crying:
It's a different type of satisfaction. I know DA2 was a dud for a lot of people, but I'm still proud to have been a part of it and as my first full game project I suspect it'll always be somewhat dear to me for that reason.
honestly it sounds like you need to make a rouge-like game so that you can play your own game and enjoy it. cause at least you wont know every nook and cranny.

If only MS would drop the price of the XBone $100 and makes the Kinect optional, I would buy it as soon as DA:I releases, but I hear MS is only going to release a version without Kinect in 2015... I'm not going to wait that long MS. Why does everything have to take so long with MS? They will never win the war with Sony this way.
