I got a 980 gtx just for DAI so yea PC for sure, RPGS are meant to be played on PC in my opinion.

PS4. Played both others on Xbox360, both picked up at release, so that was an easy choice (I've always had all consoles).
I could pick it up om PC, but my PC workstation is very uncomfortable. I want some comfort when i play games 36 hours at a time =)

Need to upgrade my proccessors, but even if I don't, I can run it and will play it on PC. Refuse to buy next gen and refuse to play on last gen.

Just swapped to PS4. My other games are on 360, but I think that poor machine is getting rather worn out

I own a good PC, no consoles (well, not since SNES and PS2), so if I buy it I'll play it on PC.
That's a big if at the moment. I don't like some of the design decisions I've been hearing about the game and some of the bugs in DA:O (thought it was otherwise a very good game) and DA2 were not very excusable. So I'll be waiting and seeing. No chance I've pre-ordered and I won't buy it immediately after release. Given how much I was disappointed by DA2 and ME3, there's a good chance I won't get it until there's a good 'pack' or UE; unless the player ratings for it are very high (I no longer pay attention to professional reviews).

My PC can only run the game with the minimum requirements so I think it will be the ps3 version to begin with

PC Junior, aka my Laptop. (13' late-2013 MacBook Pro, running Bootcamp w/ Windows 7)
Looks like I'll be running it on straight medium settings like I did with Far Cry 3 (thanks to my lack of a high-powered graphics card), but that's good enough for me so long as the game runs without lag.
