I can't do it. You can't create horribly pimpled Shepards in this game.



Not that I'm very pimply myself, of course! Just... a little unpleasant to stare at for 20 hours...

can't I look fairly androgynous (apparently Shepard is too much whatever gender he/she is to ever be mistaken for the other one), and my hair is longer than male sheps are allowed, Male Shepard is always bulky, and I'm not.

I´ll give it a try but if I´m not able to make shep look like me because of hairstyles or whatever I´ll stick to default shep.

The male shepard I just started kinda look like me at age 40 and got blown up a couple of times, mostly play as a fem shep and just don't have the right body.

I did make a shepard that looked very similair to me, but they were unfortunately missing my iconic black undereye circles from severe lack of sleep.


And all of those lip shapes are insanely weird looking.

i might try it when i create one within ME2, but i don't think i'll edit my main Shepard at all. his eyes are kinda Asian, but as far as hair and skin tone and just about everything else, way off. and i doubt they have a "shaggy Scottish" hair option

Of course I will. It's just that I probably won't be too successful. My Dragon Age avatar, for instance, is quite a bit handsomer than I, I think.

I would but, I just don't sound like Mark Meer, it feels wrong, I now associate the voice with that standard shephard face and I simply can't play it any other way.

I've never been able to create myself in the game. FemShep just doesn't have enough options. The mouth is always too big, the eyes the wrong shape, and none of the eyebrow options works at all. The hair is also problematic, because I have bangs, and my hair shade isn't available. I wish there was an RGB picker for hair, skin, and makeup colors.
