I agree with an improved character creator, but I'd also like to see opportunities to change your look in-game - similar to the Black Emporium, but actually part of the game.
I don't care if my character has to rob every NPC blind to get the gold to pay for it; just let us go to a Barber (ala Dragon's Dogma), if we're not happy with our character.
There's nothing worse than having to sit through cutscenes with a pc whose appearance makes you cringe.
I asked Mike Laidlaw on twitter if we would have a mechanic similar to the mirror of transformation in DAI. He said he could not confirm at the time but that it was a popular mechanic and that he himself used it to.
It would be interesting to have some of the mechanics actually in game though. Kind of like the barber in Dragon's Dogma. I think if we have our own castle like the rumors suggest maybe we can have a mirror in our room that we can look in to change our appearence.
In the end as long as we have some way to fix/change our characters appearence in game I will be happy. Im OCD so if I notice something wrong with my players face I HAVE to fix it, I just cannot stand it. Its also cool to change up your characters look so you can keep them interesting. In the end I dont care how they do it as long as they have it.
To be honest I dont see them releasing the final version of the game without something like this. Its something that has become increasingly popular especially in fantasy RPG's. Its also something that I would imagine is not super hard to implement and it keeps fans happy.
