Hello,
I was curious if anyone here had any experience with making custom models and injecting them into Mass Effect 2. That is to say, not simply retexturing existing armor, but building new armor from the ground up via a program such as 3D Studio Max?
I'm highly interested in the subject and would love to speak to anyone who has such experience.

Flat-out new models? According to the folks working on the ME3Explorer toolset, this has yet to be accomplished for any game in the trilogy. Last I saw, they *have* figured out how to replace meshes.
