Just so you know, avoiding them doesn't work.

It does, but not perfectly. Usually when you avoid players, you won't see them again.

But the avoid list is purged periodically, and there are a number of ways that you can still end up in a lobby with an "avoided" person, especially during periods when there are fewer available lobbies.

There are still advantages, as certain games use the list very effectively (Mass Effect is not one of them.) In Dead Island, for example, "avoided" players are blacked out from joining each other's lobbies, and could only circumvent this by issuing a specific invitation.

Oh, and I would have picked "unsporting conduct," as well.
