 brothels was one of my favorite parts of dragon age 1 and 2 the one in ferelden and the blooming rose were kinda different so i think that well have a brothel in dragon age inquisition and since game takes place in orlais i cant wait too see a huuuuuge brothel! like a HUB or something what are some suggestions you guys have?

Honestly, I think we should just skip the brothel. I know that it's useful in terms of quest fodder, but I hardly ever use the brothel and it just seems like a waste of resources.

There's no DA game without slaughtering elven clans, 'Swooping is bad' jokes, and brothels.

It's not a true Western Mature RPG if there are no brothels.

Vampire the Masquerade:Bloodlines - Strip Joint.

Someone mentioned in some other thread that they'd like to see a brothel that the player owns/controls from behind the scene and uses for information gathering, clandestine meetings, a front for other stuff, etc...and I really like the idea.

maybe you can begin your story as a patron who gets recruited to lead the inquistion after a top rank seeker visits the brothel.....

why dont like my suggstion? how else does one become head of inquistion if not through special means? it would be quite the "rise" through the ranks.

as you can see brohels are an integral part of the game

In that case, I want to start off as a prostitute, not a patron! (male dwarf prostitute of course, no one can resist the dwarf)

I think they should have a brothel where you can catch an incurable, communicable disease. Your PC is then shipped to a tiny island in the middle of the ocean named "Black Syph Island." You wander around for a few hours (game time) until you collapse and die. When you try to load a prior save, you discover that the character is locked and cannot be accessed - your only option to create an entirely new character. When you do this, you find that certain features of character creation are locked so you cannot create a character that looks like your last one...plus you cannot give it the same name (must be either Bubba or Bubbalicious if female). When you finally log in with your new character, you find an invitation in your inventory inviting you to the wonderful brothel your previous character visited... Now, that would be a "dark" fantasy setting.

I've never seen the point of the Pearl or the Blooming Rose. You pay money, pick a random person to sleep with and then hear weird sex noises with a screen blackout and that's it......... what's the point?
