Oh look. Another open world RPG.

The last LOTR RPG was War in the North but that was loot orientated. It was a fun game but the story was average at best. Combat was fluid and enjoyable though so I wouldn't mind seeing similar combat in this game. I hear Snowblind have merged with Monolith too so I'll imagine they may have some of their developers working on this.

What we need though is a good story. Character creation (with racial selection obviously). New music (War in the North did this right. Using the typical LOTR music is old now and lazy. If I hear this song one more time in a LOTR game I'm killing the person responsible). Choices and consequences. Able to visit all Middle-Earth locations and of course for it to be seperate from the war of the ring. That has been done to death.
