I was doing the Crime Wave quests and I got done with stealth but he won't give me theft quests. Apparently it's due to some bug because I didn't have the stealing skill at the time. Can I just reset all the quests for this chain? I started them too far back to reload a save.

I'm not sure if crime wave is in there, but that's the one that handles denerim quests.

I don't know if this might be what you're looking for, but under plots, I found it in Landsmeet under Light Content.
