In fact, Javik is quite a bit like the BSN.

Gleefully advocates genocide, killing, various other stupid and pointless actions.

But when he actually has to face them himself, he just breaks down, doesn't he? Breaks down to the point where he has to kill himself.

OR, he breaks down after seeing everyone he ever cared about either succumbing to indoctrination or being blasted to bits.

Which would be perfectly fine if he didn't continually advocate pointless and senseless killing himself.

"Senseless" "Pointless"

By that you mean, he didn't drool over the top right dialogue option

No. I'm implying that many people on the forum are steeped in hypocrisy.

Like Javik. Perhaps that's why he's popular here?

David, you relize that you self-create a lot of this perceived "hypocrisy" by misrepresenting people's positions, right?

Quite the opposite, dreamgazer. People continually misrepresent mine.

Impossible, you have no positions.

Only heroism.

And you don't see how strange it is to want Liara to have a special and unique skill whilst decrying that she's already BioWare's pet? And you don't care that there's not a single character in the entire series which is like how you want Liara to be?

I'd like Liara to be more akin to Traynor honestly.  A  non-combatant with useful intel.

I don't see why she has to be a non-combatant, but sure, I'd like her to have more useful intel.

Unfortunately, they decided to throw Traynor a bone to do it.

Last I checked, aracheaologist, is not a pre-requistie for soldiering.

(Indiana Jones is the sole exception obviously)

Her skills as an archaeologist aren't what make her a useful combatant.

It has something to do with heroism?  And ****ty outfits being important "characterization".

I dunno man, Liara's ME3 armors look pretty badass.

Though I suppose the question is, would they have looked BETTER on Tela Vasir?

Hmmmm, Liara seems to disagree

She's talking about being an information broker, and that's in ME2, when she's not on your team.

In ME1, both Liara and Tali stood out as people whose presence on the combat team felt more than a little forced.

When their lack of training and inexperience is compared to the rest of the squad, all far more accomplished, the involvement of the alien teenagers seems pretty silly.

I wouldn't know, Shepard's been dead for two years and only fought with Liara once.

Wrong. The memory shard has nothing about what he did, but rather what happened to the Protheans.

Really, Kaiser, out of all the wrong things said on this page, that is the one you picked?

I'm on my phone so I don't feel like addressing a lot lol

Oh, I guess I can forgive you then.

By all means, look through the forum. Find posts of me contradicting myself. Or posts advocating contradictory ideas.

Nyxeris was a mole for the broker and died easily, and words are wind.

There's not much soldiering in information brokering.
