While browsing this forum and deviantart for mass effect fanarts, I stumbled upon Nhaneh excellent script to import your custom Shepard to 3ds max. Long story short, I ported it to blender since I'm not a max user myself.
Not sure there're lots of blender users around, but just in case someone else than me is interested, you can find it at my website along with a post explaining how to use it (I thought the explanation was rather clear when I wrote it but now, I'm not so sure, so feel free to ask for clarifications if needed).
