I'm sure this has been asked before, but has anyone else had trouble registering their game? I go to put in the number under the barcode and it keeps redirecting me to the sign in screen again and again. I downloaded all the extra content via Xbox Live, it says it's on there, but my profile won't load up to bioware, I guess because it's not registered.

Just a guess, did you put in all 12 digits? There's usually one number, then a group of 5, then a group of 5, then a last single number. All 12 numbers are needed, if I recall correctly.

Also, are you logging into the website with the same EA account you used to log into the game to redeem your codes?

I made the mistake of creating an account with Bioware and registering my game under that. What I did to get everything updating was this.



1) Deleted my Bioware account <-- I am not recommending this, It's just what I did.

2) Even though I created an account on the xBox when I first got the game, It did not create it at EA. So I went to EA's account page and created an account, during this process I told it to use my already created xBox Live Gamer Tag and provided the email address associated with my gamer tag. In short. I used the same email I use for my xBox live account.

3) Went to Bioware's site and created an account using the same email as the EA account and the xBox Live account.

4) Registered Dragon Age on Bioware's site using my newly created account.



I got instant results. My achievments appeared within 5 minutes.
